Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth industry and portfolio assessments, evaluating relevant risks with the evaluation team and relationship managers.
  • Assist in preparing management reports on policies, processes, and portfolio management for senior management presentations.
  • Develop strategic plans based on portfolio reviews and discussions with the management team.
  • Create and implement policies and procedures in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead system and process improvement initiatives, coordinating with IT and third-party vendors.
Role Exposure:
  • Develop financial and data analytical skills, critical thinking, and expertise for effective portfolio management and industry knowledge.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and organizational operations.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and credit evaluation.
  • Experience in commercial/corporate credit and financial analysis.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation; VBA and Macros mastery is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders within the organization.
