The role involves utilizing AI tools and online resources to research companies and decision-makers, verify contact details, and organize data into spreadsheets and CRM systems. This position is ideal for individuals who are skilled in internet research and capable of working independently to provide accurate and high-quality lead data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize AI tools and databases to find target prospects
- Collect and verify contact information
- Organize and input data into spreadsheets and CRM tools
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across prospect lists
- Collaborate with sales and cold calling teams to prioritize and refine lead targets
- Stay updated on best practices for B2B lead sourcing and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, data entry roles, or lead generation
- Background in using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar lead sourcing platforms
- Experience in utilizing G-Suite (Sheets, Gmail) with basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
- Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce our value proposition and establish positive connections with prospects
