About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and gathering contact information for potential leads to support our sales pipeline.

  • You will utilize AI tools and databases to find target prospects.
  • Collect and verify contact information (emails, phone numbers, job titles).
  • Organize and input data into spreadsheets and CRM tools.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across prospect lists.
  • Collaborate with sales and cold calling teams to prioritize and refine lead targets.
  • Stay updated on best practices for B2B lead sourcing and compliance (GDPR/Can-SPAM).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one 2-3 years of experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, data entry, or lead generation.
  • Background in using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar lead sourcing platforms.
  • Experience in utilizing tools such as G-Suite (Sheets, Gmail) with basic knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce our value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S.-based prospects.
