About the Job
We are seeking skilled and knowledgeable customer service experts with great communication skills to join our team. This is a project based role that requires flexibility to support campaign launch.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through Live Chat, email, and phone calls
- Give accurate, concise information in a professional and personable manner while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range
Requirements:
- Able to work from home with stable internet connection and backup connection
- Flexible working environment for remote setup
- Ability to work with minimal supervision from QA Lead and CSM
