Customer Experience Specialist - Project Based Role

About the Job

We are seeking skilled and knowledgeable customer service experts with great communication skills to join our team. This is a project based role that requires flexibility to support campaign launch.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries through Live Chat, email, and phone calls
  • Give accurate, concise information in a professional and personable manner while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range

Requirements:

  • Able to work from home with stable internet connection and backup connection
  • Flexible working environment for remote setup
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision from QA Lead and CSM
