Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to resolve concerns.
  • Answer participant questions and clarify information to ensure understanding.
Requirements
  • College degree not required; open to high school and senior high school graduates with BPO experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • BPO experience is a plus but not necessary.
  • Must be able to work onsite within a 25-35km radius.
