Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Process:
    • Conduct lead evaluation, qualification, and follow-up; create and manage CRM data.
    • Execute outbound calls for marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Sales Process:
    • Handle inbound/outbound telesales, process orders accurately in SAP, and verify customer credit status.
    • Coordinate order fulfillment, manage manual product documents, and perform cross-selling.
    • Update customer master data and reconcile cash sales accounts.
  • Service Process:
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone, SMS, email, or website with a focus on first-call resolution.
    • Create and manage complaint documentation, recommend solutions, and coordinate follow-ups or on-site visits.
    • Provide helpdesk support for product inquiries, fleet card concerns, dealership applications, and more.
  • Administrative Functions:
    • Log in/out for call routing, submit reports, attend training, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Training:

  • Complete an Orientation and Training Program to gain essential skills and knowledge; passing grade required.

Work Location & Schedule:

  • New Sales Building, Jesus St., Pandacan, Manila
  • Flexible work schedules based on business needs.
