As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing high-volume scheduling, email prioritization, recruiting coordination, and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has sharp communication skills, and can anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage CEO and CTO inboxes, triaging messages, drafting responses, and surfacing urgent priorities.
- Own calendar management across multiple time zones, scheduling both internal and external meetings.
- Serve as a discreet liaison in select communications with investors, clients, and partners.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating 10-20 candidate interviews per week across departments, communicating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth interview process, and maintaining scheduling workflows across tools.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or founders.
- Strong calendar and inbox management across multiple executives and time zones.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to pivot quickly.
- Comfort using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, scheduling apps).
