Job Title: Executive Assistant

This is an exceptional opportunity to support the leadership team of a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing high-volume scheduling, email prioritization, recruiting coordination, and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has sharp communication skills, and can anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CEO and CTO inboxes, triaging messages, drafting responses, and surfacing urgent priorities.
  • Own calendar management across multiple time zones, scheduling both internal and external meetings.
  • Serve as a discreet liaison in select communications with investors, clients, and partners.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating 10-20 candidate interviews per week across departments, communicating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth interview process, and maintaining scheduling workflows across tools.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or founders.
  • Strong calendar and inbox management across multiple executives and time zones.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to pivot quickly.
  • Comfort using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, scheduling apps).
