Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate confidential travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and finalize executive reports, strategic presentations, and other high-level correspondence.
- Oversee document management, including sensitive client files and project tracking.
- Conduct thorough research for executive decisions, candidate profiles, and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams on ad-hoc projects and executive initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with high-profile clients and candidates, ensuring polished and professional interactions.
- Plan and execute executive events, board meetings, and leadership workshops.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools like Google Workspace.

- Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
