About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and tech-savvy Senior Administrative Support Specialist to provide strategic support to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex schedules, including scheduling meetings across time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Prepare, review, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with email management, ensuring priority messages are flagged and responses are timely.
  • Oversee and track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a track record of supporting C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex schedules and high-level projects.
  • High proficiency with office productivity software, communication tools, and scheduling platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
