Key Role Responsibilities

The Benefits Navigator will play a pivotal role in ensuring patients can access care with confidence.

This position is responsible for verifying insurance benefits and running prescription monitoring program reports to support safe prescribing practices.

As a friendly resource, the Benefits Navigator helps remove barriers so patients can focus on their mental health journey.

  • Executing tasks assigned by the Lead Care Navigator for 40 hours per week
  • Conducting timely insurance verifications
  • Communicating with patients about their coverage
  • Running prescription history reports through our platform
  • Entering client personal health information and other clinical data
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the Lead Care Navigator

Required skills include superb communication, technical skills, compassion, insurance knowledge, and a mission-driven approach.
