You will be required to assist in all aspects of LinkedIn marketing, CRM management, content creation, and executive scheduling, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below.
Managing the day-to-day social media posting process, such as scheduling and publishing LinkedIn content for executives and the company, engaging with targeted posts, and ensuring CRM data remains accurate and up to date.
This will require you to use various marketing and productivity tools to create videos, follow up on meeting action items, and coordinate multiple calendars, while keeping the founders fully informed of schedules and priorities.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Schedule and post LinkedIn content via
- Maintain CRM data hygiene in Attio
- Track and follow up on meeting action items in ClickUp
- Engage with targeted posts and interactions via Pitchghost
- Create videos for social media using , Descriptor, and Opus Clip
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules using Google Calendar and Vimcal
You will be fully trained in the client's specific processes and tools, and you will be responsible for prioritising your daily workload.
We always encourage continuous improvement and team development, improving internal processes, enhancing social media engagement, and ensuring high-quality content creation and executive support.
Responsibilities:
- A higher education degree is preferred
- Proven experience as a Executive / Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing strategies and engagement best practices
- Proficiency in , Attio, ClickUp, Pitchghost, , Descriptor, Opus Clip, Google Calendar and Vimcal or similar tools is highly regarded
- Honesty, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and think creatively to solve problems
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are required. You will be required to deal with executives and stakeholders via email and online meetings regularly
- You will be working 20hrs/week - 80hrs/month
