About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at iCrescendo INC.', a leading company in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry. As a CSR/TSR (100% Virtual Process), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through virtual channels. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other virtual channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues efficiently
  • Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and technology
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a 100% virtual environment
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
