Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Business Operations Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day planning and operations of a team of virtual assistants, ensuring that they meet the expectations of our clients.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize your skills and expertise to drive success. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks, collaborating with clients, and providing exceptional support to our virtual assistant teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or medical management, with experience in remote management and operational processes. You will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily tasks and operations for virtual assistant teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists and provide productivity and profitability solutions.
  • Assist clients in growing their businesses using our services.
  • Oversee medical client-virtual assistant management.
  • Mitigate concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, negotiate high-level escalations, and perform other key tasks related to client management.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management, preferably with knowledge of operational processes.
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to work under pressure, collaborate with high-level professionals, and maintain a self-starting attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and Google Suite is essential.
  • Open to working night shifts.
