Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in our retail environment.

About the Job
  • This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store image.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash registers, scanners, scales, and credit/debit card terminals efficiently and accurately.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales on a daily basis.
  • Manage exchanges and refunds in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer at all times.
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized at all times.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar industry.
  • Average to above-average math skills and computer literacy.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Candidate must have sufficient background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide quality service to customers.
Working Conditions
  • The ideal candidate will be willing to work in a retail environment with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
