Job Title: Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards Senior Manager (Retail)
DescriptionThis role oversees the company's compensation structure, ensuring competitiveness within the retail industry. It involves designing and implementing salary frameworks, incentive plans, and annual merit cycles to ensure the organization remains competitive.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in total rewards, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity. They should possess expertise in compensation design, job evaluation, and benefits management.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including employees, management, and vendors.
Main Responsibilities- Design and Implement Total Rewards Strategies: Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Compensation Analysis and Design: Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness and design compensation programs that meet the organization's needs.
- Benefits Management: Develop and manage comprehensive benefits programs that meet the needs of employees and the organization.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Design rewards and recognition programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, minimum 10 years of experience in total rewards, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, strong background in the retail industry, and proven expertise in compensation design, job evaluation, and benefits management.
