Job Summary

As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving structured improvement and elevating operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, design and implement process improvements, and embed a culture of continuous learning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve, Optimize, and Standardize Processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation
  • Develop and Maintain Operational Frameworks
  • Design and implement simple, structured frameworks that enable teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity
  • Ensure frameworks remain relevant through regular review and iteration
  • Audit & Compliance Support
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored
  • Support Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements
  • Support Change and Project Management
  • Participate in change initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, project management, requirements analysis, design, etc

Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or Science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably within the IT or software industry
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools (e.g., A3, Root Cause Analysis, Dynamic Work Design, Toyota Production System)
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient, scalable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
