Marketing Strategist & HubSpot Expert

GXA seeks a seasoned Marketing Strategist & HubSpot Expert to elevate our sales and marketing engine. As the go-to expert, you will design scalable campaigns, optimize automations, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth.

This role combines technical expertise in HubSpot with strategic marketing skills, including automation, lead nurturing, campaign optimization, and reporting. You will be responsible for owning and optimizing GXA's HubSpot platform, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and service teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • HubSpot Administration & Optimization:
    • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and admin for HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
    • Build, optimize, and document workflows, pipelines, and automation processes.
    • Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and lifecycle stage management across all databases.
  • Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution:
    • Design and launch automated nurture campaigns, email sequences, and landing pages.
    • Optimize lead scoring, handoffs, and attribution reporting to align sales and marketing.
  • Revenue & Growth Marketing:
    • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that attract and convert SMB executives.
    • Partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline acceleration and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (certifications required).
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing complex workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Strong marketing background with a track record in B2B demand generation, inbound, and ABM.
