Operational Excellence Specialist

Main Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Improve, Optimize, and Standardize Processes to increase efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
  • Culture Development: Establish a culture of continuous improvement through effective mechanisms such as training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation.
  • Operational Frameworks: Develop and Maintain Operational Frameworks that enable teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity.
  • Framework Maintenance: Ensure frameworks remain relevant through regular review and iteration.
  • Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by ensuring processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on company-wide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate the impact of process improvements.
  • Change Management: Participate in change initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, project management, requirements analysis, design, etc.
