Lead Client Partnership Executive
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our client partnership team. As a Lead Client Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

- You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
- Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, understanding their needs and developing solutions that meet their requirements.
- You will also be responsible for managing client complaints and issues, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and professionally.
- In addition, you will contribute to the development of new business opportunities through networking, research, and other activities.
- Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a sales or account management capacity.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
