Business Development Representative

We're hiring a key player to drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, qualify leads, and set appointments for the senior sales team.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working from a clear lead list and following a proven outreach process tailored for business decision-makers. Success in this role means consistently generating qualified opportunities and handling objections with confidence.
You'll work closely with the senior sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and convert leads into paying customers.
Requirements- 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
- Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Close)
- Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Healthy base salary with uncapped commission
- Direct employment with a rapidly growing marketing agency
- Growth potential as the agency scales to higher revenue targets
