Job Title

As a Recruitment Expert, you will partner with the recruitment manager and other internal managers to improve and implement recruitment processes, championing best practices and delivering excellent customer and candidate experiences.

  • Assess candidate profiles, conduct interviews, and advance suitable candidates through the hiring stages.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up recruitment pipelines, publish job ads, interview, and onboard candidates.
  • Network with potential hires via social media and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to define qualification criteria.
  • Interview candidates and maintain a candidate database.
  • Utilize web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends and manage job postings.
  • Evaluate recruitment software and agency performance, recommending improvements.
  • Work with department heads to define position qualifications.
  • Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience with major job sites.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche websites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule, during graveyard shift in Manila Time.
  • Own laptop or desktop with at least 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and 10 Mbps internet connection.
