We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, providing detailed endorsements and recommendations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels to identify top talent with specialized expertise in catering to Japanese clients across diverse industries.
  2. Interviews and Assessments: Conduct thorough virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, language proficiency, and cultural fit for Japanese clients.
  3. Endorsements and Recommendations: Provide accurate and detailed candidate endorsements to clients, highlighting their qualifications and suitability for the roles.
  4. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of recruitment processes and optimize strategies to meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Japanese Bilingual Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a manpower or consulting company.
  3. Strong English skills required; JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent Japanese fluency preferred.
  4. Adept knowledge of Japanese business culture and hiring practices.
  5. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools for sourcing and managing candidate databases.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  7. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
