Healthcare Recruiter Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced healthcare recruiter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines. They will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S.

The recruiter will work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates. They will also utilize their own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), be self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles
  • Managing job orders and submitting candidates through MSP and VMS platforms
  • Utilizing own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent
  • Collaborating virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours or solely on weekends if preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role
Compensation:

Competitive, commission-based compensation structure with no cap on earnings
