Manage the finance spectrum and daily activities of entities across multiple jurisdictions.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee daily finance operations, lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regional tax regulations, drive financial reporting, variance analysis, and strategic forecasting, manage annual audits and risk mitigation strategies, and supervise and develop finance staff across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee AP, GL, payroll, treasury, audits, and other daily finance operations
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regional tax regulations
  • Drive financial reporting, variance analysis, and strategic forecasting to inform business decisions
  • Manage annual audits and risk mitigation strategies to minimize financial risks
  • Supervise and develop finance staff across multiple jurisdictions to ensure effective team management
Requirements

Qualified candidates should possess a CPA degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field and have proven experience managing finance functions across HK-ASEAN markets. Strong background in auditing, risk, and compliance is essential along with exceptional leadership and remote team management skills.

Additionally, candidates should have a deep understanding of regional accounting and tax regulations, be skilled in financial modeling, analysis, and Microsoft Office tools, and have experience in the servicing industry as an advantage.
