Financial Leader Opportunity

Pro Coffee Gear is seeking an experienced Financial Leader to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis.

The Controller will oversee all aspects of financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management. They will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness.

The successful candidate will have advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling. They will be proficient with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and inventory management systems.

The Controller will provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership. They will develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision. They will have excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
