Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert with exceptional accounting, finance, and executive support skills.

The ideal candidate must possess advanced proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like NetSuite, and excellent organizational skills.

This role involves managing financial reports, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights
  • Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses accurately
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis and budgeting
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations efficiently
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to senior management
  • Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support roles
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems or similar software
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for high-pressure tasks
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
