Business Analyst Role

We're seeking an analytical professional to support our Digital Marketing team in driving growth through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging their expertise in data analysis and problem-solving skills to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Gather and analyze data from various digital marketing platforms to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards that empower marketing teams to make informed decisions, drive strategic planning, and optimize performance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects.
  • Analyze digital marketing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
About the Job

This role involves working closely with multiple teams to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solutions that drive growth. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, have good communication and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
