Digital Product Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Growth Strategist to lead our product operations across all lifecycle stages and drive growth in our global Web3 user base.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or similar roles with ownership from strategy to execution - ideally in Web3, tech, or SaaS. They should have a deep understanding and genuine interest in the Web3 and AI space, and be skilled in identifying and meeting user needs.
Data-driven individuals who can define and track key metrics, uncover actionable insights, and refine operational tactics are preferred. Nice-to-have skills include experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups, familiarity with blockchain protocols, and strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Web3 Product Operations: Develop and execute operational strategies across all lifecycle stages — pre-launch, launch, and post-launch — aimed at growing and retaining a global Web3 user base.
- Build User Engagement Systems: Design and manage user operations systems with segmentation strategies to boost in-app activity, engagement, and retention.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Track Web3 market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitor activities; identify opportunities to launch timely campaigns and product enhancements.
- Own Operational Metrics & Insights: Define KPIs and performance metrics, analyze data for insights, and optimize strategies through iterative experimentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community teams to align operations with product vision and user needs.
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols, DAOs, NFTs, DeFi, or similar domains
- Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
