We're seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts, manage a small team, and drive digital growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and client needs.
- Oversee multiple marketing initiatives, including search, social media, and AI-driven campaigns.
- Mentor and manage a small creative team (designers, editors, copywriters).
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and clients/internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate project success, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- 5+ years of marketing experience or strong candidates with less experience and a proven track record.
- Expertise in SEO, search, social media, and/or AI-driven marketing.
- Familiarity with content strategy and digital campaign execution.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
