Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a talented Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, analyzing, and preparing reports on financial metrics periodically, as well as assisting in the preparation of outlook, forecast, and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assigned financial reporting requirements by providing analyses of financial data and preparing reports.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual plan and budget.
- Support in the preparation of monthly P&L forecasts & budget reporting.
- Assist in month-end processes by providing SG&A cost analyses and expense accrual summary reports.
- Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely resolution. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses.
- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Working knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls.
- Experience working with ERP systems, such as Oracle and Blackline Systems, is an advantage.
