Job Title:

Financial Reporting Associate

The role of Financial Reporting Associate involves assisting in the preparation and submission of financial reports. The primary goal is to ensure timely delivery of accurate reports that meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the analysis and submission of reports based on specific requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting.
  • Assist with closing the general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers, including passing necessary adjustments and consolidating financials at the end of each period.
  • Contribute to financial and management reporting, planning, analysis, metrics, monitoring, and forecasting.
  • Document business requirement documents, review test scripts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful technology migrations.
  • Identify and resolve problems, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate in implementing workflow or process changes and redesign.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual.
  • Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
