Job Title: Financial Reporting and Compliance Analyst

Financial Reporting and Compliance Analyst role involves working closely with the Finance Team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate financial results of the Agency's operations
  • Act as gatekeeper of balances ensuring completeness, compliance, and accuracy of all financial reports
  • Monitor and review accuracy of all financial transactions

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or related field
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Job Requirements Overview

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to work accurately under pressure.

What You Will Do

As a Financial Reporting and Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing journal entries related to financial reporting and compliance. You will also monitor intercompany transactions, clear offsetting entries, and maintain valid balances for Balance Sheet accounts. Additionally, you will prepare Balance Sheet schedules to ensure accuracy of reported balances and review bank reconciliations performed by the shared service center.
