Job Title: Financial Planning Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the establishment of insurance/reinsurance collateral management practices for group companies, focusing on increasing scalability and automation of collateral management and process improvement across the group.

  • This role will require the ability to support process change improvements that are compliant with group policies and controls.
  • The position will involve coordination with internal customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:">
  • Implement, administer, and monitor collateral management processes, including regular reporting and administration.
  • Collate and report metrics to demonstrate progress toward group goals.
  • Coordinate documentation relating to third-party contacts (trustees, banks, state departments, reinsurers).
  • Maintain and organize records and company databases.
  • Provide support for collateral matters across functional teams and business units.
  • Assist with monitoring collateral and state deposits accounts.
  • Support and monitor controls for collateral management.
  • Identify and report issues relating to Insurance/reinsurance trust accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:">
  • Prior experience in collateral management practices and methods.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to collaborate and provide business support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interface with internal/external contacts.
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
