Appointment Setter Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven appointment setter to connect with healthcare practices and other target industries through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage decision-makers through targeted outbound calls and personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospects using our proven outreach framework, schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, and ensure all details are captured in our CRM.
  • Maintain accurate call records, track metrics, and meet weekly appointment goals while following scripts and adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach.
  • Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • A stable internet connection and professional work environment.
