Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing invoicing and billing for US B2B customers, maintaining customer account balances and AR ledgers, and reconciling AR subledgers to the general ledger.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable processes, including generating and sending invoices, validating billings against sales orders, and reconciling AR subledgers to the general ledger.
  • Proactively collect outstanding invoices and past-due accounts through proactive outreach and negotiation of payment arrangements.
  • Audit and process cash receipts accurately in NetSuite, handling partial payments and unapplied cash, and maintain correct AR transaction coding and documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, cash forecasts, and collections status reports, supporting month-end close by reconciling AR accounts and resolving reconciling items.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in accounts receivable and B2B collections for US-based companies.
  • Proficient in NetSuite AR modules, including sales orders, invoicing, and cash application.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer outreach to US clients.
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (40 hours/week).
