Job Overview

As a senior customer support engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality technical support to our clients. This position involves working independently and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.

The successful candidate will have experience in software project delivery for process-oriented environments and possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL databases, T-SQL codes, and Microsoft SQL Management Studio.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and addressing operational data issues, debugging code in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and XAML, and developing expertise in WPF, HTML 5, .Net Framework, and SSRS Reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Resolving complex technical issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in software projects delivery for process-oriented environments.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL databases, T-SQL codes, and Microsoft SQL Management Studio.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
