Remote Customer Support Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Remote Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via chat, email, or phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
