As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and process claims, guiding customers through options to find best solutions, following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge, maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong command of the English language is essential for effective communication.
  • Prior call center experience is necessary to understand the complexities of customer service.
  • Work from home experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is expected.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is beneficial.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up is desired.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively is necessary.
