US Healthcare Recruitment Business Development Specialist

We provide healthcare organizations in the US with exceptional quality services by offering highly skilled healthcare professionals, from Licensed Practical Nurses to Medical Doctors.

Our goal is to support clients and candidates through direct placement, temp-to-hire and contract work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers to inform them about staffing solutions
  • Perform requirements analysis' to understand customer needs
  • Pitch tailored solutions to potential clients and close staffing agreements
  • Match candidates to job requirements
  • Refer prospects to key account executives when necessary
  • Manage objections to maintain a strong company reputation

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a telesales executive in a staffing agency catering to US markets
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn and adapt to different markets focused on staffing and recruitment of healthcare professionals
  • Exceptional knowledge of English is essential
  • Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence
  • Good knowledge of relevant sales & recruitment tools such as RecruitCRM and Greenhouse ATS
  • Solid experience using Google G-Suite and softphones like GoTo Voice
  • Negotiation skills with ability to resolve issues
