About the Role
  • This is a leadership position where you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to managing client interactions and finalizing placements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Source and screen healthcare providers for client sites, adhering to established policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for clients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintain all needed and valid credentials of healthcare providers working for our organization.
  • Foster and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and healthcare providers.
  • Remain accessible by phone and text for at least a few hours outside your regular working schedule to handle urgent issues.
Requirements
  • Prior recruiting experience is preferred, but transferable skills are also considered.
  • You should be highly organized with leadership abilities to enhance interdepartmental organization and communication.
  • Capable of handling urgent matters and meeting deadlines.
Additional Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases.
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing and regulations (preferred).
