Job Title: Remote Healthcare Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team in a remote healthcare recruiting role. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting talented healthcare professionals to meet the needs of our clients.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Your expertise in healthcare recruitment will enable you to identify and engage suitable candidates, conduct thorough interviews, and present them to our clients for consideration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via video conferencing tools
  • Utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks to find and engage potential candidates
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in our recruitment database
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics and providing regular progress updates
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing processes
