We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating a qualified sales pipeline and booking discovery calls through timely follow-up, targeted campaigns, and disciplined outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Run targeted campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and light calling.
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria and capture detailed notes.
- Personalize outreach by persona and brand, ensuring consistency with brand tone.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including stages, fields, tasks, and activity logging.
- Collaborate with Marketing on sequences, EDMs, and leveraging content.
- Provide regular reports on activities, meetings, show rates, and SQLs per brand.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Proven experience as an SDR/BDR (B2B preferred), with strong objection-handling abilities.
- Highly organized, with the ability to switch contexts across multiple products/brands.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and call tools.
