Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Content Associate to fuel our growth by creating high-performing ad creatives that drive conversions.

The Role:
You will be the bridge between internal design teams, User-Generated Content (UGC) creators, and performance marketers, ensuring a constant flow of engaging content across multiple platforms. Your mission is to deliver high-quality creatives that win clicks, drive conversions, and scale campaigns effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
