Creative Content Professional

This role involves creating effective ad content, collaborating with internal creative teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to ensure a continuous flow of engaging content across various platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly

To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing, proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies, a strong understanding of paid platforms, and data-driven skills.
