Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the ad creative production pipeline from concept to media buyer handoff.

  • Develop and maintain organized repositories for creative assets and affiliate documentation.
  • Manage creator relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, platform setup, and campaign management.
  • Evaluate weekly Meta ads performance reports highlighting winning/losing creators, concepts, and hooks.

This role requires exceptional project management skills, with experience in managing creative pipelines and meeting aggressive deadlines. You should have hands-on experience with paid social, affiliate marketing, and TikTok Shop, as well as basic analytics skills and familiarity with key paid social advertising metrics.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination/project management at a CPG or wellness brand. They should possess a proven track record of delivering exceptional results under demanding timelines and taking extreme ownership of outcomes.
