We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and selecting high-quality vendors, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and selecting vendors who meet our quality and budget standards.
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers to resolve any issues related to order accuracy, delivery, or quality.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
  • Organizing office operations and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Supporting various teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an admin & purchasing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills, with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
