Job Title: Innovation Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Innovation Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and developing new products.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing, to develop innovative solutions that meet our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new product ideas through market research, consumer testing, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality materials and components.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in R&D, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
