Service Delivery

  • Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery in support of market activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through effective client relationship management.
  • Drive sales activities and product cross-selling initiatives to grow revenue.

Risk Management

  • Mitigate the risk of fraud and/or irregularities through surprise audits and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, procedures, and service standards.

Leadership and Management

  • Lead branch operations in all channels of service distribution.
  • Evaluate and monitor queuing and SQD data, staff requirements, movements, training, and performance of channel personnel.
  • Provide guidance on applicable rules, updates, policies, and procedures to branch staff.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
