Job Description

We are seeking a Channel Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying new opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  2. Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  4. Sales Operations: Manage sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion, as well as monitoring and reporting on sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Sales, Marketing, or IT.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Fintech solutions, IT equipment sales, or a similar field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, when required.
