We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Retail Banking Group Sales team in Caloocan. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and winning culture within the sales team and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the Banking industry, preferably in Retail Banking, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt sales strategies to different markets and customer segments are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set sales targets and manage team performance to meet goals
  • Drive the Sales Team to generate New-to-Business (NTB) and increase deposit volume
  • Track sales performance and address key gaps with Region/Division Heads
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships and provide effective solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with managers/supervisors
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a valuable asset
